RECORDING AND DUPLICATION LICENCES

To record and/or duplicate any of our productions you will require a licence from the publishers – Edgy Productions Ltd. This is in addition to any performance licence purchased from us. To be fully covered if streaming or making and/or selling video or audio recordings of your performance, and/or if uploading recordings to social media platforms such as Facebook and YouTube, you will need a Recording & Duplication Licence. If you haven’t already purchased one with your production, you can do so by clicking through to the musical you need the licence for, and add it to your basket.

A recording/duplication licence costs £30.00 + VAT.

NOTE – IF YOU ARE EMPLOYING THE SERVICES OF A PROFESSIONAL VIDEO OR RECORDING & DUPLICATION COMPANY, THEY ARE BOUND BY THESE SAME CONDITIONS. IF SUCH A COMPANY, AT YOUR REQUEST, RECORDS AND DISTRIBUTES VIDEOS, CDS OR DVDS OF ANY PERFORMANCE OF ANY PART OF OUR PUBLISHED MATERIAL, WITHOUT PURCHASING A LICENCE TO DO THIS FROM EDGY PRODUCTIONS, THEY AND YOU WILL BE IN BREACH OF COPYRIGHT LAW AND SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION.

You can pay by credit/debit card or PayPal or we can invoice you for £30.00 + VAT. We will then send you a copy of your licence once payment has been received.
